The Landing Method setting for a report allows you change which Landings are reported in your report for individual users.

Typically, when a visitor comes to your web site, ConversionRuler determines the origin of the visitor and assigns that visit a Landing.

Sometimes, a visitor may click on three or four marketing campaigns in a short period of time (minutes), in which case, ConversionRuler records all of the landings, but only displays the first landing during a visitor session in the reports.

The Landing Method setting allows you to choose to view any additional landings a visitor may have had when visiting the site.

It only affects how the Landing column in the report is created, and does not affect how Actions are displayed. |
