MarketRuler wants all of our customers to be pleased with our service, and strives to do our best to process any refund request from a customer.

For instances where we made an error, we will refund the difference or amount owed via (in order):

  • Credit to CR account (next invoice)
  • Credit card chargeback if the original charge is within 45 days
  • Company check

For customer errors we offer chargebacks within 30 days of original charge, otherwise we can not refund charges older than 30 days.

Before you talk to your credit card company about disputing charges, please contact us first.
