Check this checkbox when you want a new password home page assigned. If you have bookmarked your password home page in the past, the old bookmark will no longer work.
If you leave this checkbox unchecked, then you will just get the same URL sent to you each time.
As well, it's a good idea to update your password home page every once in a while.
